FAQs

  • How soon can I start working?

Tomorrow, or maybe today…. would that be too soon? We have lots of immediate opportunities. Once our application process is complete, you will be considered based on your preferences and your skills and will be offered appropriate positions.

  • How can I stay informed about open positions?

Some of our positions will be posted on our website. But your best bet is to pick up the phone and stay in touch with your local office.

  • How long would an assignment last?

The length of a temporary assignment is completely dependent on the employer and the job at hand. Typically, temporary positions last one to three months, before the job is completed, or the employer chooses to bring the employee on full-time. Once a temporary position is completed, employers may choose to hire an employee full-time.

  • Would I be considered a temporary employee?

When companies use a staffing agency, employees are technically employed by the agency. Because of this, benefits and paychecks are provided by the staffing agency. Our employees are full time employees of Leasing Temporaries with all benefits included.

  • How do I apply?

There are two ways for you to apply for your next job. You can email your resume to info@leasingtemps.com. You can also visit our apply page to fill out our preliminary application. After we receive your application, we will have a recruiter reach out to you shortly.

Career Outlook

Choose a solid career path—not just a job

Employment of property, real estate, and community association managers is projected to show little or no change from 2019 to 2029. Job opportunities should be best for those with a college degree in business administration or real estate and for those who obtain professional credentials.

Employment demand will be driven by the number of people living in buildings that property management companies operate, such as apartment buildings, condominiums, cooperatives, planned communities, and senior housing.

100% Satisfaction

Have fun while working!

Most property, real estate, and community association managers work out of an office. However, many onsite managers spend a large part of their workday doing tasks away from the office, such as showing apartments, inspecting the grounds, or meeting with owners.
