While apartment shopping in 1997, our founder Shelly Gray received her first leasing agent job offer while touring a community. Her journey in the industry began that day and she quickly fell in love with her career choice. After 25 years of honing her skills in property management operations and software, Shelly has emerged with a unique talent to identify, train, and place the very best “A-Player” talent in the industry to simplify your onsite management experience. Property Management is often an overlooked career path, and Shelly is committed to developing and introducing more “A-players” to the industry through Leasing Temps and Training Shops. Our “A-players” are thoroughly vetted and undergo a comprehensive new-hire training program which includes Fair Housing and much more; all so that YOU can deliver an unparalleled customer service journey on site.
